Math: Trigonometry

Over the past 8 lessons, we have been learning about trigonometry in maths. As we explore this topic, I have had to balance my attendance with other commitments. While I’ve missed two lessons, I’ve been able to attend 6 of them, and I’m trying to catch up on any material I may have missed.

Despite the occasional absence, I’ve been able to grasp the key concepts and formulas that have been introduced. I’ve found it particularly helpful to see how trigonometry helps calculating distances and heights.

I’m looking forward to continuing our exploration of trigonometry and solidifying my understanding of these complex concepts. With the support of my classmates and teacher, I’m confident that I’ll be able to keep up and excel in this subject.

Cooking class

Today in cooking, we made Apfel Strudel and Cheese Cake, i have never made Apfel Strudel before but I have made Cheese Cake before. Today in Cooking was really good because we got to make nice deserts. Apfel Strudel is a simple thin dough that bakes up into a flaky, buttery crust and a juicy thinly sliced apple fillinh studded

Hawaii

If everything was free I would go find some land in Ahipara and make a farm with Quineil and Oranga next to the beach. Then I would go find the wild horses that are along the beach then break them all and and sell them to people. I would become a professional horse trainer and get heaps of warmblood, Arabian and Quarter horses. I would also go to Hawaii between March and September because apparently that is the best time to go cause its sunny and Most time is not raining. the place I would visit there is Kauai Because the water is basically crystal clear. I would go visit the Waimea Canyons because on the images it looks fun. I would go up the mountains to look at the view and take photos. I would also go to Canada because they have the best horses and the time I would go there is in the winter cause it looks cool.

My holidays

On the first week of the holidays my mates Quineil and Oranga came over for a ride on my horses. We went up Pakaru then went down to Tirohanga creek to move some of my cows across it. After that we went back up Pakaru then came back through Karetu to go to my house. Once we got home we took the horses down to the creek for a wash. The same week I went up to Taupo with my Mum, Brother, sister, cousin and my aunty. Before dark me and my brother went for a fish along the rocks. it was night time by the time we got back to our batch. The next morning all of us went for a swim in the ocean. We stayed there for 4 nights, Well we where staying at Taupo, we went up to Ahipara for a horse trek cause it was my mate oranges birthday. We went along the beach for about 3kilometers then went off the beach into the bush, it looked so nice because off the trails that where in there. After that we went back to Taupo for two more nights and then went back home. On the second week I went to a horse camp in KeriKeri for the whole week. I took one of my own horses called Stella, her breed is Appaloosa X Bush horse. I had just broken her in so it was good to take her to the camp so that she can learn more stuff. on the first day we where just riding in the arena. On the second day we rode in the arena then went for a horse trek along there farm. at night time we played spot light then slept in there horse truck. at the end of the week we went back home and yea that was my holiday.

Leadership speech

A leader is someone who can inspire and guide others towards a common goal. They are able to communicate effectively and make tough decisions when needed. A good leader is honest, confident, and humble. They are able to put themselves in other people’s shoes and understand their perspectives. They are also able to motivate people to work together towards a shared vision. A leader is not just someone who tells people what to do, but someone who is willing to roll up their sleeves and work alongside their team. They are able to create a positive work environment where people feel valued and respected. Leaders are not born, they are made. It takes time and practice to develop the skills needed to be an effective leader. However, anyone can become a leader if they are willing to put in the effort. The most important thing is to be true to yourself and your values. Be open to feedback and learn from your mistakes. Remember that leadership is not about being perfect, but about being willing to grow and improve.
